Mercy for Animals
The animal rights group Mercy for Animals was founded in Central Ohio, and while its founder, Nathan Runkle, now lives in Chicago, it is still going strong here too. You can usually see them passing out pamphlets and vegetarian starter kits at ComFest and Gallery Hop and they do a lot of other stuff in town as well. Check out their list of upcoming Ohio events.
