If you've ever tried to leave a comment, you may have waited a long-ass time to see it appear. Like months. The site didn't alert moderators of new comments by e-mail, and comments didn't show up until they were moderated.

This will never happen again. Comments are now automatically published after a captcha is solved, and moderation is post-facto. Mods also receive emails upon new comment creation so we can remove ads for Viagra or whatever.
