Rad Dog is no longer at its previous location inside Hal&Al's bar on Parson's Ave. According to their website, they're looking for their own location closer to Clintonville. Until they get it, their website will let you know where you can find the cart.
If you find yourself down on Parson's Ave, you can still check out Hal&Al's which continues to serve vegan bar food (Thanks for the tip in the comments, Tracy Warner!), as well as Carabar, who I'm told recently expanded their vegan options (though I don't know exactly what those vegan options are... someone please let me know!)
