Café Bella is a great little restaurant on North High street.
They have no menu, just daily specials of Mediterranean and Italian foods that include lots of fresh veggies and herbs, some of which they grow out back.
Tell them you're vegan as soon as you arrive, and they can easily prepare a vegan meal. Prices are up on a chalkboard near the entrance. Prices are a little bit high ($9 for a plate of pasta when I went) but the portions are generous (the $9 plate of pasta, along with a large salad, actually fed 2 people).
