All the Cup O' Joes (Cups O' Joe?) have free wireless, and serve Pattycake vegan cookies. Of course they make drinks with soy too.
This local coffee shop has a friendly and relaxing atmosphere. They don't always have vegan pastries/muffins available, but they do often have muffins and such from Pattycake. They also make the best soy latté in town and you can watch soap operas without the sound on their big TV and sit in a comfy chair while you drink it.
There's actually one location of the Raisin Rack in Canton too, but since that's the only other location I thought this qualified more for 'one location' status than 'Ohio chain' status.
The Clintonville Community Market is a great little co-op grocery. I haven't shopped there in ages, I think it used to be called 'Calumet Co-op' maybe. If I recall correctly, non-members can shop there too but don't get as awesome a price. I vaguely remember being able to find vegan condoms there. The store is run by volunteers, so it's not just a store, it's a community. They also carry several varieties of vegan cheese.
