Please come for an informative lecture by registered and licensed dietitian, Anya Todd. Anya will give you the secrets to preventing--and in some cases reversing--heart disease, cancer, diabetes, strokes, obesity, and other diseases by choosing healthful foods over harmful ones. Learn how to lose weight and feel great!

This lecture is free and everyone is welcome to attend. Delicious and healthy vegan food will be served.
