Volentia.com

Average: 4.5 (2 votes)

Volentia is an all-veg*an Facebook, if you will. There are profiles and apps. However there are also open discussions, so it's more like a Facebook group that sprouted off into its own website. It's pretty new as of this writing: The Whois record for volentia.com says it was created on Jun. 05, 2009 and is registered thru Jun. 05, 2019.

Like the Columbus Vegan Meetup, but for lacto-ovo's.

Planet Smoothie

Optional multi-vitamin "blasts". Very large menu, so check it out beforehand so you know what all the quirky names include. Be careful though, some have yogurt.

Inta Juice

Their website boasts that takeout orders placed over the phone will be ready in 10 minutes. They also mention that they do wedding and other event catering.

I don't know much about this group. They seem to have events and newsletters. Go see about it yourself:

"Vegetarian/Vegan ... All natural, made from scratch ... Earth Friendly"

This place is also a bookstore and also displays/sells art. And I hear they have cooking classes too. Closed Sundays.

A sign by the register has info for their "vegan friends": Earth Balance available on the side, all desserts and dressings are vegan, different vegan soups daily. They make several types of amazingly thick-sliced, flavorful, and hearty bread. My favorite dish is Del's oven-baked tofu (half-sandwich for $3.25). It has a cozy cabin ambiance but with indie rock playing. There is a small hut of a jewelry shop next to the register (locally made).
