Mercy for Animals orientations meeting

07/01/2008 - 18:30
07/01/2008 - 20:30

Would you like to do more to help animals? Would you like to meet other
animal-friendly people? Get involved with Mercy For Animals! Attend
this orientation meeting to learn about Mercy For Animals' work, get a
tour of our office, and sign up for leafleting, community outreach
events, office volunteering, and marketing efforts to spread the
vegetarian message.

In addition to an orientation, you will enjoy an informal
one-on-one interview with MFA's Director of Campaigns, meet other MFA
volunteers, and start doing some volunteer projects. If you use a
planner, please bring it with you. You will also want to bring a pen
and paper to take notes. Many hands make for light work, so you will
also want to bring your friends!

Vegan pizza will be provided.

Please RSVP with your name and phone number to Freeman at
614-256-7959 or at the e-mail address below so we make sure to get
enough vegan pizza for everyone.

Where: Mercy
For Animals’ Columbus Office, 2475 Adams Ave., Columbus. The office is
located in a white duplex on the left side of a one-way street heading
north. It is two blocks south of Hudson between Indianola and High
Street.

When: 6:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.
