Some non-vegan A'La Carte dishes could perhaps be made vegan upon request. The Chana Masala is a safe bet if you like chickpeas. The Bhindi Masala (crispy okra), Ghobi Kali Murch and Ghobi Manchurian (cauliflower) appear vegan friendly, but you'll want to double check on ordering that there. All are $8.50.

The Special Indo-Chinese Chaat Buffet on Wednesdays ($11.50) includes the regular popular dishes with the addition of a custom appetizer which seems to be a crushed vegetable wonton with sauces, sprinkled with cilantro, cayenne and other spices. It had a pleasant presentation, but in our experience if you mean medium, try asking for mild. The buffet also included a salad bar with nicely ripe fruit. In addition, we found there was excellent, attentive and friendly service.
